Laboratory
We have a fairly complete laboratory to meet consumer needs. Equipment for dyeing at a temperature of 60°C - 130°C, Mini Stenter, Oven, Mini Mixer, Light Box, Patern Color, and other modern lab equipment. Our laboratory consists of two parts:

Laboratory Printing
The printing laboratory has the main task of matching pigment colors, controlling the quality of pigments according to standards, conducting tests, and research and development on products produced and developed by PT Sincung Laju Citra Jaya so that they can be more efficient and also produce and maintain better product quality.

Laboratory Dyeing
The dyeing laboratory has the main task of equalizing the optical brightening agent (OBA), controlling the quality of OBA that will be sent to customers according to the specified standards. In addition to being a QC, the dyeing laboratory also conducts research and development on dyeing auxilliaries owned by PT Sincung Laju Citra Jaya.
Warehouse
Our company has a warehouse with a capacity of 2 floors which is quite large, making it possible to store stock of raw materials and production results.
Production Plant
Our manufacturing facility is equipped with a full range of reactors, ranging from 1 ton to 10 tons, enabling both small-batch and large-scale production. In addition, we utilize advanced sand milling and high-performance mixing machines to ensure consistent quality and meet the diverse needs of our customers.
Wastewater Treatment Plant
PT Sincung Laju Citra Jaya is located in an industrial area so that it is easy to meet water needs. In our company there is good water treatment so that water for raw materials for production or laboratory needs can be maintained in quality.

In addition, we have a Wastewater Treatment Plant (IPAL) for B3 Waste. Every liquid waste produced from washing production or laboratory equipment is always processed and we use the Recyle system.
​
While B3 waste such as sludge we hand over to a third party to be processed according to its permit. In 2015 PT Sincung Laju Citra Jaya received the PROPERDA BIRU BPLHD award from West Java Province.
